Llamaya Movil Prepaid Plan, Internet Package, Offer and Roaming

Llamaya móvil is an ethno provider, similar to Lycamobile or Lebara, that specializes in affordable international calls. In order to compete with their UK-based counterparts, they are a Spanish company that operates on the Orange network, providing good coverage and speeds on 2G and 3G, and since 2018, 4G/LTE as well. Llamaya móvil was acquired by MásMóvil in 2017.
In this article, I will be presenting the Llamaya Movil Prepaid, Postpaid Plans and Internet Packages for the year 2023.

Availability

The initial SIM card of Llamaya móvil may be slightly more difficult to locate as they don’t advertise as actively as their competitors. The safest option would be to search for small internet shops located in areas with high immigration rates. The Phone House, a Spanish chain of mobile phone shops, also sells their SIM cards and you can locate them through their store locator. Alternatively, you can purchase the SIM card online and have it sent to a Spanish address for €5, which includes the same amount of credit that is valid for 30 days.

It is important to note that according to their prepaid terms and conditions, a minimum monthly usage of €5 is required. Failure to reach this amount will result in a deduction of €1.50 from your balance every month. If you do not top up within 60 days of your last top-up, your SIM card will become inactive.

Recharges

Top-ups for Llamaya móvil can be made at several locations, such as Dia supermarkets, El Corte Inglés department stores, and Cepsa service stations, with a minimum amount of €5. To avoid deactivation of your plan, you must top-up at least once every 60 days. If you fail to do so, your plan will be blocked, but you’ll have 15 days to reactivate it before it’s terminated permanently. You can check your balance by dialing *113#.

Data feature packages

Default rate for prepaid data is €0.05 per MB. These packages called bonos valid for 30 days can be added:

For activation text code to 22951. All packs auto-renew after 30 days. For extra data you can add 1 GB for €2 valid for the rest of the base plan period by calling 2376. For unlimited domestic calls a bono for €5 surcharge is offered as well as special plans for calling to 167 countries at reduced rates.

EU roaming

Data allowances including bonus can be used for roaming in the EU/EEA too without surcharges limited by a FUP. You may need to activate roaming in your clients area to use this service. The 120 GB data bono can’t be used in roaming at all, but only in Spain.
